For Mar on the Road
Our interactive programs are modeled around the Michigan Grade Level Content Expectations (GLCEs), making For-Mar programs great reinforcement tools for enhancing science concepts already taught in your classroom. We use a variety of interpretive techniques to keep students engaged and excited about learning. These techniques include activities, demonstrations, and multimedia presentations.
We have three different presentations this presentation was on the Water Cycle.
The NED show at Dillon
This school-wide performance tells the story of NED, a lovable cartoon character whose name is an acronym for Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best. It’s a simple, memorable message designed to teach valuable lessons that help kids become champions at school and in life.
Building off the excitement surrounding NED, the schools we visit are able to improve student behavior, strengthen test scores and create a school culture where every child believes that they are a champion.
Dillon Students get the chance to read to special friends in our library!
Meet our new Reading Friends in the Media Center! Bella and DD on some of the days Mrs. Hanson is here! Your child may have the chance to sit down and read with them!
Shy kids who are reluctant readers frequently benefit from working with a specialized tutor. Surprisingly, the best tutor for a shy child often has four legs. Children reading with these trained dogs tend to improve their reading scores by 12 and 30 percent! Children who are participating in these programs also tend to want to read more and become more comfortable with their reading skills.
