Dillon is in need of volunteers for Field Day on Friday, June 5, 2015. If you are interested please call Colleen Short at 591-7076 and leave a message. Field Day times – Kindergarten and First Grade 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. Second and Third grades 1:15-3:45 p.m.

Please Note: If your child has ANY overdue books or lunch fines they will not be able to participate in Field Day!

With the end of the school year just around the corner, there are still exciting things happening here at Dillon. Please look over these events and dates and mark them on your calendars!

Last Day for Lunch Charges – Monday, May 18^th

M-STEP dates for third grade – May 19-21 ELA; May 27-28 Math

Last Day for Library Check-Outs – Friday, May 22^nd (Books are due back by Friday, May 29^th)

Kindergarten Picnic Day – Wednesday, June 3^rd (watch for a newsletter from your child’s teacher to come home)

Field Day – Friday, June 5^th – students must wear socks and tennis shoes

Third Grade Graduation – Wednesday, June 10^th

Last Day of School – Wednesday, June 10^th

REMINDER: If there are any lunch or book fines still due, your child will NOT be able to participate in Field Day and will not receive their final report card.

Please make sure to come in to the office BEFORE June 10^th to pick up any medication your child has. We do not keep it after the last day of school.

Dillon Student Council raised over $1,100 in their Pasta for Pennies drive for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! Mrs. Malenich and Miss Dempsey’s classes tied for first place and will receive a pasta party – Good Job!
